What is a Monogram?
It is more or less a type logo or symbol which is designed as a way of branding for your event
How would I use a Monogram and what can I use it on?
A Monogram has many uses. Its really just how far you want to go with it. It would be typically used on stationery items such as Save the Date Cards, Invitations, Place Cards, Menu’s, Order of Service Booklets, Ceremony or Order of the Day Cards, Envelopes Flaps.
Other items may include:
* A Wedding Website or Blog
* Napkins, Table Plan or Guest Book
* Favour Packaging, Luggage Tags, Wine Labels, Gift Labels and Stickers

How do I place an order?
All orders can be placed online through our secure online boutique. You will automatically receive a black and white Jpeg therefore you only need to consider which colour you need to select from the colour palette on display. Plus fill in the appropriate details in the fields provided.
How long will it take to receive my Monogram and how will it be sent to me.
After your order is placed it normally takes up to four working days to receive a proof of your Monogram and when that is approved by yourself it takes a further four working days for the completed Monogram to be sent out to you by email. Your Monogram is sent out as a Jpeg file (Black version and a coloured version as selected)
What size are the two Jpegs that you are emailing me? What if they appear fuzzy when I open them and how can you help me if I have colour issues or re-production issues with my Monogram.
The size of the logo is no smaller than 4” x 4” and suitable for printed material on the items mentioned above. However it should not be increased in size as it will then appear fuzzy. Should you need an extremely large file to use on say banners or larger scale products you would need to come back to us for a custom sized Monogram which would be charged out at the same price as the original Monogram. If you have problems opening the Monogram which has been emailed to you please contact us and we will post a copy of it out to you on disc.
Do you offer custom Monograms?
We do and they are charged out at £175.00 per custom Monogram. You will receive a black version 4” x 4” and one colour version.
Can I make a change to the Monograms shown?
Our Magenta Ink Monograms are copyright protected and when you purchase a personalised monogram you are purchasing the right to use that design as seen on any DIY projects for your special event. It cannot be altered, mass-produced or re-sold in any form.
Can you produce my stationery using one of your Monograms and what type of printing do you offer?
We can custom print in most print methods from Digital, Flat Print, Letterpress, Thermography, Foil Printing, Engraving, Blind Embossing and Laser Cutting. We would need to cost up your job accordingly depending on the quantity and print style of the bespoke print order. Our paper stock is 100% cotton in 300gsm in ivory or white.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
Orders cannot be cancelled if a proof has been approved, however if it is cancelled prior to the proof being approved you will be charged a £20.00 cancellation fee and refunded £35.00
