Ordering Process for Customised Stationery
Will I see a proof of my order before it gets printed?
You will be sent an initial “rough” proof of your order from the Magenta Ink! studio in approximately four days from order date. This proof will match the fonts and colours as closely as possible but will not actually be your final proof for print, it is just an initial proof to check that you are happy with the general “feel” and content, dates times and spelling of the stationery, it won’t be the first time that the bride has given the wrong details for her event! On approval of that layout your order is placed with the designer selected and you can then expect a black and white proof emailed to you within five working days in the “actual font style and layout” which you will approve for finished print. This proof will be emailed to you in approximately five working days. As a professional typesetter has typeset this he/she may adjust sizing and spacing or make other necessary adjustments to make the layout look just perfect for you. Please allow 5 business days for final stage proof processing.
Can I see a sample (actual copy) of my invitation before it is printed?
We are not able to provide an actual printed sample of your invitation prior to finishing and shipping your complete . To check that you are happy with the print process and quality of print. A cost of £5.00 is charged by credit card for any stationery sample piece. Please contact us by email at info@magentaink.co.uk with your sample request and contact details and a stationery consultant will contact you by telephone and charge you for your sample request.
Will the font colours and envelope linings match the colours seen on screen exactly?
Usually but not always. As the colours on screen are a close representation of the “actual” print colour which due to is custom nature will vary depending on the print method and ink mix on the particular day of print. Envelope lining again may vary slightly but we have tried to represent the colour as close as we can.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch.
When am I billed for my order?
Your credit card will be authorised for payment when you click "process Payment" at the completion of the shopping cart process. You should print your confirmation page as a receipt.
How do I know that it is safe to use my credit card?

Product
If I ordered engraved stationery, can I re-order additional printed product? When you order engraved stationery, the engraving plates are shipped to you along with your printed stationery order. You can reorder at a future time by sending the plate back to our company. To initiate the return of an engraving die, please email: info@magentaink.co.uk
Will you address my envelopes?
Magenta Ink does not currently offer this service.
Will you calligraphy my envelopes?
Magenta Ink does not currently offer this service but can recommend an established calligrapher to do this. Please contact Catriona Pirie-Morrison for this service at http://calligraphyink.co.uk/
Order Processing Time & Delivery/Shipping Information
How long does it take to process an order and what are my shipping options?
On customised printed stationery please allow four to six weeks for completion of your order.
All our customised printed stationery orders are despatched by a courier service which is insured for loss, damage or theft. Our online gift shop is serviced by royal mail Special Delivery and Registered Mail Service.
How do I track my order?
Magenta Ink will provide you with email notifications confirming the receipt of your order, the delivery of your requested proof(s), and the ship date of your completed order.
